待您完成帳號註冊及登入後，可於本頁面進行報名：

1. 選取適當「報名費」，欲參加晚宴者，請加選「晚宴」選項。
2. 選擇是否參加壁報展示與壁報競賽。
3. 請選擇是否參訪國家衛生研究院研究設施。
4. 請記得填寫9/19午餐餐盒選項，若您沒有勾選午餐種類，視為午餐自理。
5. 點選送出/結帳，即完成會議註冊手續。

學會秘書會再次確認您的註冊資訊(訂單)後，完成會議報名確認，您會收到會議報名完成的信件。

壁報展示與競賽:

本屆會議提供海報競賽，競賽績優者將給予豐厚獎金。

Registration Instructions

Please log in to your registered account on this website using your email address as your username.
If you have not registered before, please create an account first, and fill in the required personal information.
Be sure to provide accurate invoice details, including the billing title and tax ID number.
Conference receipts will be available for download on this website after the conference (September 19); no paper copies will be mailed.

Once your account is registered and you are logged in, you may proceed with the registration:

Select the appropriate registration fee category.

If you wish to attend the conference banquet, please select the “Banquet” option.

Indicate whether you will participate in the poster presentation and poster competition.

Choose whether you wish to join the visit to NHRI research facilities.

Please select your lunchbox preference for September 19. If no option is selected, it will be assumed that you will arrange your own lunch.

Click Submit/Checkout to complete the registration process.

Once your registration and payment order are reviewed and confirmed by the TMRS Secretariat, you will receive a confirmation email indicating successful registration.

Poster Presentation and Competition

A poster competition will be held during this year’s meeting. Outstanding entries will receive cash awards:

First Prize: NT$5,000

Excellence Award: NT$3,000
