初級會員（Associate Member）

1. 凡符合下列任一條件，並經本會理事會審查通過者，得申請為初級會員：
   Anyone who meets one of the following criteria and is approved by the Board of Directors may become an Associate Member:
2. 曾於大學或獨立學院相關科系畢業或肄業者。
   Graduated from or attended a relevant department at a university or independent college.
3. 專科學校相關科系畢業者。
   Graduated from a relevant department of a junior college.
4. 高中或同等學校畢業後，從事相關領域工作三年以上者。
   Graduated from high school or an equivalent institution and has at least three years of relevant work experience.

普通會員（Regular Member）

1. 凡符合下列任一條件，並經本會理事會審查通過者，得申請為普通會員：
   Anyone who meets one of the following qualifications and is approved by the Board of Directors may become a Regular Member:
2. 具碩士學位以上，或攻讀博士學位，並從事磁共振相關工作者。
   Holds a master's degree or higher, or is pursuing a Ph.D., and is engaged in work related to magnetic resonance.
3. 大學或獨立學院相關科系畢業，並從事磁共振相關工作兩年以上者。
   Graduated from a relevant department at a university or independent college and has at least two years of experience in magnetic resonance–related work.
4. 專科學校畢業，並從事磁共振相關工作五年以上者。
   Graduated from a junior college and has five or more years of experience in magnetic resonance–related work.
5. 具初級會員資格，入會三年以上，並持續從事磁共振工作者。
   Has held Associate Member status for over three years and continues to work in the field of magnetic resonance.
6. 經三位以上普通會員推薦之社會人士。
   Individuals endorsed by at least three Regular Members of the society.

團體會員（Group Member）

凡與磁共振相關之機構，繳納規定會費，並經本會理事會通過者，得為團體會員。團體會員得指派一人代表行使會員權利。

Any organization involved in the field of magnetic resonance may apply to become a Group Member, upon payment of the required dues and approval by the Board of Directors. Each Group Member may appoint one representative to exercise its membership rights.

入會費：新台幣貳仟元（NT$2,000）
Entrance Fee: NT$2,000

常年會費：新台幣壹萬元（NT$10,000）
Annual Membership Fee: NT$10,000
